We are pleased to share the approval of a marriage-based green card for the spouse of a U.S. citizen.

USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) questioning whether the J-1 two-year foreign residency requirement applied to the beneficiary. Our firm successfully demonstrated that the requirement did not apply in her case.

USCIS approved the green card, allowing the couple to continue their life together in the United States.
