Marriage-Based Green Card Approved After NOID
One of our clients recently faced a challenging situation in their marriage-based green card case. After filing Form I-130 and Form I-485, they received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) in which USCIS questioned the bona fides of the marriage.
Our firm carefully reviewed the issues raised, gathered additional documentation, and submitted a detailed response showing the couple’s genuine relationship.
As a result, USCIS approved both the I-130 and the I-485, allowing our clients to continue their lives together in the United States.
