Immigrant Visa for U.S. Citizen Parents

We are pleased to share the approval of immigrant visas for the parents of a U.S. citizen.

This was a long process that began with USCIS and continued through the U.S. Embassy in Korea. Although the interview had to be postponed once due to a personal matter, our firm guided the parents carefully through every step, helping them prepare thoroughly.

They passed the embassy interview with ease and are now ready to reunite with their family in the United States.
