U.S. Passport for a Child Abroad

We are pleased to share the successful approval of a U.S. passport for a child born and living outside the United States.

In this case, the child’s mother was a U.S. citizen residing in Mexico at the time of application. Our firm guided the family through the documentation and legal requirements to establish the child’s U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a passport.

Thanks to this careful preparation, the child’s U.S. passport was issued, securing her right to live and travel as a U.S. citizen.
